Bon, OK, Rudy Gobert a goûté à la puissance de feu de Blake Griffin lorsque celui-ci décide de partir au dunk. Mais en dehors de cette action où il s'est sagement écarté (qu'il se rassure, il est quand même sur le poster...), le pivot français a montré de très bonnes choses face aux Clippers cette nuit. Dissuasif en altitude (5 contres !), l'ancien Choletais a aussi capté 12 rbds et marqué 4 pts en seulement 20 minutes après avoir manqué ses quatre premières tentatives. Outre cette perf intéressante presque uniquement pour le public français, Utah a surtout bénéficié du match très costaud de Derrick Favors. Le nouveau contrat signé par l'intérieur de Salt Lake City lui a donné des ailes : 24 pts (10/17) et 17 rbds, rien que ça ! Une partition réussie mais insuffisante pour empêcher Chris Paul (14 pts, 10 pds) et ses coéquipiers de l'emporter.Highlights
