Après une défaite cuisante à Orlando, Jason Kidd a enfin pu fêter comme il se doit son arrivée à la tête des Nets. L'ancien meneur a vu ses Nets lui offrir une première victoire contre le Jazz, grâce notamment au match dominateur de Brook Lopez (27 pts, 7 rbds). Du côté d'Utah, on retiendra que Rudy Gobert a pris 11 rebonds et réussi 2 contres en 16 minutes, ce qui est plutôt prometteur.
